Sedation Dentistry
Once you’ve experienced sedation dentistry with Dr. Janssen, you’ll probably never be afraid to go to the dentist again.
You’ll be sedated just enough to be unaware of the treatment, as if you were relaxing. You’ll wake up refreshed, with little or no memory of what was accomplished. Because you are completely comfortable, Dr. Janssen can do years of dental treatments in one or two visits.
Dr. Janssen can replace crowns or dentures, restore sore gums to good health, whiten yellow or stained teeth, fix a chipped tooth, and more. People with very busy schedules can get the dental care they need, easily and quickly.
Imagine being able to smile with confidence and chew your food without pain. No wonder so many patients say: “Thank you, Dr. Janssen. Sedation dentistry changed my life.”
Whitening
Restore your smile to its natural luster. Our whitening technique has been proven to whiten teeth as much as 10 shades. It is safe and formulated to prevent sensitivity. Ask about our professional whitening system.
Bonding
Bonding is one of the most inexpensive ways to achieve a great smile by correcting chipped, uneven teeth, gaps or stained teeth. A tooth-colored material is applied onto the tooth to cover up the small cracks or gaps. The material is hardened, then smoothed and polished.
Bridges
A bridge is an artificial replacement for a lost tooth or teeth. Replacing lost teeth is important in preventing healthy teeth from shifting out of position, causing further tooth loss.
Implants
A dental implant is a small titanium post that is inserted below the gum to anchor an artificial tooth. Dental Implants are a more secure and confident solution to uncomfortable or loose dentures.
Crowns
Crowns are porcelain or metal alloys that strengthen and protect your teeth. They are covers that are placed over weakened or decayed teeth. Crowns are very durable and enhance the beauty of your smile.
Sealants
A dental sealant is a thin coating that is applied to the biting surface of back teeth. It protects the grooves where cavities tend to begin. Early prevention, with the use of dental sealants, will be less expensive than restorative work later on.
TMJ Disorder
TMJ Disorder is a misalignment of the upper and lower jaws, which has symptoms of jaw pain, headaches, earaches or difficult opening and closing your mouth. It can be the result of stress, chronic jaw clenching and teeth grinding. Dental treatment involving the use of splints, bite plates or functional appliances can be used to reposition the lower jaw.
Orthodontics
Orthodontics treats improperly positioned teeth. Many of our suffering patients complain of headaches, neck pain, dizziness, fainting, clicking or locking of jaws, ringing in the ears or earaches. Use of braces, appliances and orthodontic treatment applies gentle pressure to move teeth to their desired position. Orthodontics can improve both the appearance and the function of your teeth.
