FAQ

Appointments and Cancellations

Please notify our office at least 72 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who desires to see the doctor. If you do not notify our office at least 72 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge you for a missed appointment.

Insurance

Dental insurance has limitations that we, as your dental provider, do not control. However, we will gladly file your dental insurance as a courtesy to you! Ultimately, you are responsible for all fees incurred regardless of coverage.

Financial Arrangements

We welcome an open discussion of services and fees prior to treatment in order to avoid any misunderstanding.
